Dear Year 5 & 6 pupils and parents/carers,

And just like that, the SATs are over – see that wasn’t that bad was it! Chelsea I hope you had a tremendous birthday – who knew doing the reading paper on your birthday would be that easy!?

In all seriousness, even though it is a strange situation that we all find ourselves in, I know you would have done incredibly.

Please find attached a run-down of the work for this week. Again, I know I have attached a lot, please don’t panic and think you need to finish it all, you don’t, it is merely there for you just in case. 

As well as setting LBQ tasks and some more activities on My Maths, I again encourage you to use the National Academy site for daily lessons, it truly is fantastic (if you use this rather than the LBQ you will not be penalised.)

We have also begun a trial with Times Tables Rockstars. I know a couple of you have already logged in and had a go. I also have an account so can battle with you at a later date, which I’m looking forward to. When you first log in, make sure you choose log in as Student and when asked for school, you select Our Lady of Grace Stoke-on-Trent, otherwise your username will not work!
